We ship within Canada and select international locations. Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you once your order is transferred to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds (Food Items)

Due to health and safety regulations, edible products (including candy) are final sale and cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, contaminated, or significantly melted, you may request a refund or replacement by submitting our online form within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of:

  • the shipping box and label,

  • product packaging, and

  • the affected items.

We review all claims before issuing refunds or replacements. For non-food merchandise, our standard 30-day return policy applies (see Refund Policy [LINK]).
