Where do you ship to?

Kandy Kidz ships to Ontario residents only. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! On orders above $100 CAD (before tax).

What are your shipping options?

We offer discounted courier rates for every order, free shipping for orders over $100 CAD, and local pick up in some markets. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight and size of your order, and proximity to our Kandy Kidz fulfillment hub in Ontario. You’ll see exact shipping rates before entering payment details.

Can I pay for faster shipping?

Yes! Faster shipping options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET are packed and shipped the same day.

Standard orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited or ExpressPost with tracking. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you’re in the area, local pickup is available at our Guelph, Ontario locations. Choose Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.


ORDERS

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most candy orders are processed the same day and shipped within 24hrs. Standard delivery takes another 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are usually packed shortly after they’re placed, so we’re unable to make changes once processing begins. However, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, it may be cancelled. If you made an error, please reach out to the Care Crew at kandykidz.com/carecrew, and we’ll do our best to assist before it goes out.

I haven’t received my order confirmation.

Order confirmations are automatically sent within minutes of checkout. If you don’t see one, check your junk or promotions folder. If it’s not there, please contact the Care Crew at kandykidz.com/carecrew, with your full name and order details.

My package is missing or damaged.

Oh no! We want to fix this promptly.

  • If your package is missing, visit kandykidz.com/orderstatus or contact the Care Crew at kandykidz.com/carecrew.

  • If your candy arrived damaged, significantly melted, or compromised, please file a Damage Claim Form within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the affected items and packaging.
    We’ll inspect the claim and issue a refund or replacement if approved.

Where are Kandy Kidz products made?

Kandy Kidz candy is manufactured in Ontario, Canada, at our very own government-approved manufacturing studio.

Are your candies safe?

Absolutely. All raw materials are sourced from licensed manufacturers that meet Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Health Canada safety standards. Each candy is created in a nut-free facility and packaged following strict hygiene practices.

Do you offer custom or personalized candy orders?

We’re always open to fun ideas! For large events, wholesale, or branded requests, please contact us kandykidz.com/specialty

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Kandy Kidz eGift Cards are available and make the sweetest surprise. kandykidz.com/giftcards

An item I wanted is out of stock — will it return?

Some candies are seasonal or limited-edition, and others may sell out quickly. Check our “Back Soon” or “Limited Batch” sections, or join our newsletter for restock updates.
